Whirlwind PG!

So...things have been going well. I am back at work and the pace is definitely faster than when I left in December. We got rid of some "dead weight" and because of the economy, we are not replacing him anytime soon. Therefore, the work load just falls on the rest of us! Don't get me wrong, this is fabulous! Our team is more energetic, is getting along better, and is focused on finding the silver lining in the fact that we are working twice as hard to make half as much money.

Look what my boss had waiting for me on my desk! My coworkers had their "gifts" in my inbox--lots of projects needing to be completed ASAP! :D

In other news, Baby Pooey continues to thrive. While I do miss that little mug while I'm at work, I know she's in good hands with Nana or Nanny Beth. We are so blessed to have found such great help with our little monkey! And yes, she is a cheeky little monkey!

Well, I guess in this outfit she's a bear, not a monkey...

Yellow and Oklahoma have an appt on Tuesday to get their new spring shoes. I am pretty bummed that this had to wait until Tuesday because I didn't get to go to another sorting practice this weekend, but you can't win them all, can you?

I don't know that I've ever blogged about this, but on top of my horses and baby and work, I am also the commissioner of our town volleyball league and I play in the power league on Wednesdays. On Thursdays I go to a friend's house and scrapbook. I used to only scrapbook pictures of Yellow, but now it's mostly baby pics. Don't worry Yellow! Once we get that baby on you, you'll be back in my scrapping focus!

I think that pretty much covers the update. Hopefully in the next few weeks I can quit living vicariously through my horse friend's blogs and start having my own adventures again!

I'll leave you with some pictures from when Gracie went to visit the pony cousins!

Who sleeps like that?!?

God bless you, girl! I wish I had a third of that energy! However, I don't play anything that involves spherical objects flying in my direction. My poor face seems to be a magnet!

Spherical objects flying my direction! Ha! I love it!!

Who knows how long I'll be able to keep up this pace, but I figure I can sleep when I'm dead!

You look like a glowing mommy! You look fabulous! ;)
Did you get the giraffe coach purse??
Can't wait to see you and Gracie!

p.s. Watch that one woman, the one that calls herself Grammie. She might steal that baby G right out from under your nose!
